FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating a patient in two stages. The first stage involves applying radiological therapy, administering intravenous injections of 5-fluoruracyl, and platinum preparations to suppress tumor production activity of malignant cells and tumor sensitization. Irradiation is carried out in non-traditional mode of dynamical multifractioning: the first 3 big fractions are carried out with 1.8 Gr each twice a day in 4-6 h one after the other, then the procedure is carried out with 1.2 Gr twice a day in 4-6 h to reach the dose of 30-35 Gr. The tumor being located in the oral cavity, platidiam is administered before the big fractions at a dose of 90-100 mg. The second stage involves carrying out planned radical operation after having two weeks pause. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment course.
