FIELD: road building and maintenance; loading, storing and unloading of loose materials on road. SUBSTANCE: device has rectangular cross-section container with front blade wall 7 extensible along bottom 1 in process of sand unloading in direction of rear wall 5 spring-loaded relative to side walls 2. Connected to inner side of rear wall are ends of cables 17 which, in their turn, are passed through holes in front wall 7 and fastened on front frame 3 by their opposite ends. Frame 3 is left-hand border of container. Cables are fitted on members 3, 7 and 5 in similar manner, but cable "net" of rear wall is displaced vertically and is installed lower than "nets" of members 3 and 7. This provides cable "raising" of sand in container in process of unloading. Moreover, process can be additionally intensified by vibration generator mounted on rear wall whose vibrations are directed along bottom. When extensible wall reaches discharge port 4 and container is completely emptied extensible wall - blade 7 is returned in initial left-hand position by pulling-in rods of hydraulic cylinders 16 which perform working stroke when rods are moved out. EFFECT: simplified design, increased rigidly of container, full utilization and intensified raising of and sand in container in process of unloading. 2 cl, 5 dwg |
