SUBSTANCE: for controlling weak interaction of elementary particles of material in space holding this material, region is created in which total vector potential Ais lower than cosmological vector potential Aand its value is sum of vector current potential A and cosmological vector potential A; at least part of mass of this material is acted upon by varying mentioned total vector potential Aand/or setting its different values. Mentioned spaced with reduced total potential Ais created by exploding it to field of vector current potential A acting at angle of 90 to 270 deg. to cosmological vector potential A. Field of vector current potential A is built up either by passing electric current through current-carrying components located in space holding this material or by placing there permanent magnet; otherwise, field of natural sources of vector potential, such as that of the Earth, may be used as field of vector current potential A. According to invention, varying total vector potential Aand/or setting its different values in space holding mentioned material is made either by varying magnitude and/or direction of current passed through current-carrying or by changing relative position of material and source of field of vector potential A, or by varying orientation of vector of potential A relative to vector of potential A.. EFFECT: provision for controlling weak interaction of elementary particles of material by rather simple means.
