摘要 FIELD: electronics, radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: given invention is related to liquid-crystal screens with compensation of effect of nonuniform glow of screen caused by action of spurious capacitances between image electrodes and data wires. Formulated problem is solved in agreement with item 1 of formula of invention as liquid-crystal screen with active matrix incorporates first insulating substrate, assemblage of address wires, data wires and image elements formed on first insulating substrate. Each image element includes at least two image electrodes insulated from each other and at least two switching-type transistors. Drain of first transistor is connected to first data wire, drain of second transistor is connected to second image electrode. Source of first transistor is connected to first image electrode, source of second transistor is linked to second data wire and gates of first and second transistors are connected to first address wire, between first image electrode and address wire there are placed capacitance, between second image electrode and address wire-capacitance, between first image electrode and first data wire - capacitance, between second image electrode and second data wire - capacitance, second insulating substrate, assemblage of common electrodes formed on second insulating substrate. Each of these common electrodes is insulated from others and is placed above first and second image electrode. Liquid crystal positioned between first and second image electrodes and common electrode. Each image element has two additional capacitorsand,is connected to second data wire and to first image electrode andis linked to first data wire and to second image electrode. Formulated problem is solved in compliance with item 2 of formula of invention as two additional switching-type transistors are used in the capacity ofand. Formulated problem is solved in accordance with item 3 of formula of invention thanks to formation of capacitancesby overlapping of data and address wires by image electrodes. Same problem is solved in agreement with item 4 of formula of invention thanks to determination of values of capacitancesfrom equation. EFFECT: improved quality of compensation of effect of nonuniform glow of screen caused by action of spurious capacitances between image electrode and data wires.
