FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves opening abdominal cavity of experimental animal, constricting both internal sexual arteries by 50% when compared to the initial diameter, suturing the abdominal cavity. Three weeks later, 1-2 ml of sterilized Vaseline oil is injected into subcutaneous fat above posterior semicircle of the external sphincter and polyvinyl pyrrolidone is administered at a dose of 0.3 ml per 12 of muscular belly area followed by long time irritation of the rectum by introducing rubber balloon pumped to the permissible limit values into its lumen. EFFECT: high reproducibility of experimental results. |
