The double buoy is bi-cylindrical and is moved by a crank handle. This has a tube with a larger diameter at its ends with eight slots in which blades are held by clips. Each buoy is made in four quarters and the blades pass between these and are fixed to the handle by clips. The buoys are made in solid material, such as synthetic rubber or plastic material. They can be held on a U-shaped tube whose ends are fixed to the ends of the crank handle.
