FIELD: sorption technics, processing gasses drying processes in particular, method is used in system of individual and collective protection of breathing organs. SUBSTANCE: method of gasses dryer production on the base of active carbon provides for active carbon impregnation with solutions of first and second group halogenides in two stages and drying. In the case at first stage impregnation is exercised using water solution of calcium chloride and lithium chloride in ratio: CaCl:LiCl=(2,5-4,0):1,, and at second stage impregnation is exercised using water solution of lithium chloride and lithium bromide in ratio LiCl : LiBr = (0 - 1.5) : 1. In the case ratio of active carbon pores volume and solution volume is 0.4 - 0.6 at both stages of impregnation. As base active carbon with summed volume of pores - 0.7 - 1.0 cm/g is taken and concentration of lithium chloride at first stage of impregnation is defined by ratio:. Method allows to produce dryer, that significantly exceeds known methods by water steam adsorption capability with simultaneous adsorption capability by vapors of organic substances with boiling temperature of 60 - 100 C. EFFECT: produced dryer with significantly improved water steam and simultaneously vapors of organic substances adsorption capabilities. |
