FIELD: electrophysical; radiation processing of parts and materials by means of accelerated electron beams. SUBSTANCE: scanner has bell mouth with output window and electromagnet with power system; in addition, it is provided with permanent magnet in the form of bar with poles at ends placed on wide end of bell mouth in parallel with its wide side. Second permanent magnet is installed on other side of bell mouth so that unlike-polarity poles of permanent magnets oppose each other. EFFECT: improved radiation uniformity, reduced size, reduced requirements to magnetic energy. |
