FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used while manufacturing cold-upsetting tools, specifically, setting of big volume of heads of parts of rod type. Proposed tool unit has floating punch in which stepped cavity is made. In bigger part of stepped cavity there are located spring and guiding bushing which flange butt is pressed with spring against floating punch. Rest intended to transmit axial effort to pusher is mounted inside guiding bushing for longitudinal sliding. Usage of given tool unit makes it possible to increase considerably operational reliability of cold-upsetting machine by prevention of possibility of failure of its parts. EFFECT: simple and reliable design of tool unit ensures high quality of manufactured parts. |
