FIELD: oil and fat industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves drying, milling raw, extraction with vegetable oil and separation of oily extract from the solid phase. Drying is carried out at natural conditions at layer height from 20 to 30 cm. Oil: refined deodorized oil, extraction is carried out at 50-60 C for 36-72 hr at ratio raw : oil = (1:3)-(1:10). Invention can be used in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic branches. EFFECT: improved method of extract preparing. |
