FIELD: beet sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: saturator has vertical cylindrical casing with conical bottom, truncated reflecting hood positioned in upper part of casing and provided with longitudinal helical grooves made in inner surface, pipe for discharging waste gas-and-vapor flow into atmosphere. Sprayer formed as drop nozzle is rigidly connected with gas-and-vapor discharge pipe. Sprayer is composed of rectangular wooden plates and is provided with cooling water inlet pipe, cooling water discharge pipe and pipe for discharging purified gas-and-vapor flow into atmosphere. Waste gas-and-vapor flow is directed onto heat-exchanging surface by shutter mounted in pipe for discharging gas-and-vapor flow into atmosphere. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved quality of product and reduced contamination of environment with hazardous substances. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
