<p>Securing apparatus (10) is provided for inhibiting unauthorised trailing of a vehicle adapted to be trailed from a ball hitch assembly. The securing apparatus (10) comprises a housing assembly (11, 12) having an upper portion which is adapted to accommodate the leading portion of a hitch assembly (39) which encompasses the towing ball (23) and location means which locates with towing ball (23) and/or tow bar (20) such that separation of the housing assembly (11, 12) from the towing bar (20) is prevented.</p> |
