A shower and massage device is disclosed, comprising a disc-shaped element (10) which can be fitted in a bath or shower room and has a flat surface which is freely accessible to the user and, once fitted, is substantially vertical, and which is provided on its surface with a plurality of nub-like projections made from a water-impermeable and elastic material; the surface is continuously subjected to a flow of water from a water supply device. The arrangement frees the user's hands and makes the shower more convenient to use.
