<p>Agents which inhibit PDH kinase such as dichloroacetic acid, its salts and derivatives are described as being useful in the treatment of ischaemia in limbs. In particular, dichloroacetic acid and its salts are useful in treating intermittent claudification. Pharmaceutical compositions are also described.</p> |
