<p>Novel trifluoromethylated intermediates are provided which are useful in synthesizing trifluoromethylated organic compounds. Specifically, compounds of the formula: CF3CCl=CHCH2X are provided, which compounds are versatile intermediates for the synthesis of a wide variety of trifluoromethylated organic compounds.</p> |
