An integral cable retention and sealing apparatus (11) comprising reusable clamping mechanisms (32) for entry and exit of wide varieties of cable types and sizes to a sealed enclosure. In preferred embodiments, the device (11) is formed by "mirror-image" body halves (12) having, when assembled, at least one axial passageway formed therethrough to accommodate one or more respective cables (28). One end of the apparatus (11) comprises a chamber (18) for housing a sealing medium (30), whereas the other end comprises a cable retention mechanism (32).
