Manufacturing method for solid concrete heat-insulating structures

The structure is produced by shuttering set up and fixed in place by a fixing element on a base plate (5) and consisting of a heat insulation plate (3) enclosing the complete structure. Further fixing elements (9) are then screwed into the heat insulating plate and an inner reusable shuttering comprising several boards (6) is then erected whereby one fixing element (8) on the base plate fixes the inner shuttering in place. Spacers (14) supported by connecting elements (9) are tensioned and the cavity between the heat insulating plate and the boards (6) forming the inner shuttering is filled with concrete in layers, continuously and following the path of the walls.
