<p>The present invention relates to a device for continuous knife-peeling of root vegetables. According to the invention, the device comprises an elongate trough having two long sides and a bottom. One long side of the trough partly contains rotatable discs (8), which are successively arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction of the trough and which are each provided with at least one knife (9). The bottom of the trough comprises a member for transferring (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) root vegetables, which are positioned in the trough, towards the rotatable discs (8) in said one long side.</p> |
