The purpose is to prepare heavy washing or cleaning agents, especially those containing tensides, which, when dissolved in water, exhibit no gel formation or a very small and therefore negligible tendency thereto. The aim is achieved in that at least two different types of tensides are used where all of them are in raw material form or are in a single compound, or at least one tenside is in raw material form and at least one is in a compound and, where there are more than two tensides, at least one is in raw form and at least one is in at least one compound, or even where there are more than two different tensides, they are contained in at least two different tenside compounds, whereby for the entire tenside-containing washing or cleaning agent and each tenside-containing compound in a salt solution containing 50 wt.% of the washing or cleaning agent or the compound, 2.1 wt.% sodium carbonate and 47.9 wt.% water, at 25 DEG the flow limit is lower than 10 Pa and the gel disintegration limit is lower than 5 % strain.
