MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND ANTIGEN RELATING TO HUMAN PULMONARY ADENOCARCINOMA AND IMMUNOASSAY METHOD WITH THE USE OF THE SAME

摘要

A monoclonal antibody produced by hybridoma cell lines TRD-L1, -L2 and -L3, each obtained by fusing spleen cells of a mouse immunized with a secretory component of hyuman pulmonary adenocarcinoma cells with mouse myeloma cells, having a molecular weight of at least 200 kD (SDS-PAGE) and reacting specifically with an antigen which is a glycoprotein occurring in human pulmonary adnocarcinoma cells. This antibody is effectively usable in the diagnosis of cancer.
