The invention concerns preparations containing the following ingredients: 25-55 wt.% citric acid without water; 0.1-25 wt.% sodium hydrogen carbonate and/or potassium hydrogen carbonate; 5-30 wt.% sweetener and, optionally, up to 70 wt.% flavourings, colouring agents and/or auxiliary agents and carriers. The preparations in question are intended for producing instant drinks. |
