High impact polystyrene comprising a polymeric matrix and a rubber phase dispersed and/or grafted to said polymeric matrix, wherein the rubber phase consists of a mixture of: i) a dienic rubber; and ii) a linear 1,3 conjugated styrene-diene block copolymer, wherein said block copolymer has a diene content of between 40 and 70% by weight.
