Digital filter device

The digital filter device includes a memory which stores coefficients of two or more filters and data indicating which filter a coefficient belongs to. One of the coefficients is multiplied by a sample. Partial sums of the results of the multiplication are accumulated for each of the filters. The memory holds the coefficients in an interlaced fashion. An oversample is stored in a repeated manner in the memory. Null coefficients of symmetrical filters are not stored in the memory. Calculations concerning the central coefficient are partially made.
