PURPOSE:To prevent reduction in operation efficiency of spinning machine, by replacing an automatic machine to handle spinning machines of plural automatic machines to carry out operations such as bobbin doffing, roving doffing or ending with another automatic machine to handle spinning machines in case that the automatic machines partially become a state of impossible operation. CONSTITUTION:Plural automatic machines 3 to carry out operations such as bobbin doffing or roving doffing required in working of a spinning machine 1 are used and each automatic machine has charge of spinning machines in the number < the maximum operation capacity. When the plural automatic machines partially become a state of impossible operation, another automatic machine which has room for operation capacity, has charge of fixed spinning machines is made to increase the number of spinning machines to be handled up to the maximum capacity. |
