PURPOSE:To exclude the generation of the damage trouble on the data surface of a stamper caused by a cut powder generated when the outer and inner diameters of the stamper are cut into required dimensions by preliminarily fixing an ultraviolet permeable plate to the data surface of the stamper when the outer and inner diameters of the stamper are cut into required dimensions. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 5 is applied to the rear surface of a stamper 3 and, after the adhesive 5 bonding a lining material 4 is cured, a glass master 1 is separated. The resist left on the data surface of the stamper 3 is peeled and, after an ultraviolet curable resin 9 is applied to the data surface of the stamper 3, an ultraviolet permeable plate 8 is placed on the coated stamper to be irradiated with ultraviolet rays to be bonded to the stamper 3. Continuously, the outer and inner diameters of the stamper 3 are cut into required dimensions along with the ultraviolet permeable plate 8. The ultraviolet permeable plate 8 and the ultraviolet curable resin 9 are released from the stamper 3. |
