PURPOSE: To suppress the heat loss of the whole device by supplying the cooled combustion exhaust gas from a reformer to a circulating line by a blower, and providing a feed water line to supply water to a waste heat recovering and steam generating device. CONSTITUTION: In a fuel cell power generating device, the combustion exhaust gas 6 from a reformer 10 has a high temperature of about 600 deg.C. In an air preheater 24 on an exhaust gas feed line 12, the combustion exhaust gas 6 and a heated air of about 100 deg.C are heat-exchanged to make the combustion exhaust gas 6 to about 150 deg.C and the pressurized air to about 500 deg.C. The cooled combustion exhaust gas 6 is mixed with the heated pressurized air by a low temperature blower 50 on its way to a circulating line 14 for a cathode exhaust gas 9a to form a cathode gas 8 of about 350 deg.C. The cathode gas 8 is mixed with the cathode exhaust gas 9a of about 680 deg.C, cooled to about 580 deg.C, and supplied to the cathode C of a fuel cell 20 by a high temperature blower 26. Further, water is supplied from a feed water line 52 to a waste heat recovering and steam generating device 40. Thus, the feed end output can be increased about 4%. |
