PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining fish meal reducing a fat content and increasing a protein content. SOLUTION: At the time of supplying a crush-opened fish material consisting of solid 3, glue liquid 12, emulsion and fish oil 11 for a full-jacket type screw centrifugal separator and removing fat from a liquid phase containing the solids discharged from the centrifugal separator by means of a second centrifugal separator 10 in order to separate the solids of rough particles from the fish material 1, the liquid phase containing the solids is thermally processed in a short time first for coagulation, then the coagulated solid is separated by a third centrifugal separator 7 and a liquid phase 8 discharged from the third separator 7 is supplied for the second separator 10 in order to separate the fish oil. |
