The presence or absence of specific video data corresponding one to one to the KARAOKE data is stored together with the identification data for identifying the KARAOKE data into a management table 7. A terminal side communication means 6 requests the specific data to the central unit A, receives the specific video data transmitted via the transmission line C and stores the data in a background video storage means 15a if there is the specific video data meeting the KARAOKE data selected by an input means 5. A background video reproducing device 15 reads the specific video data out of the background video storage means 15a and outputs the background video signal. A graphic processor 12 has the specific videos displayed on a monitor display 3 by using this background video signal.
