PURPOSE: To charge detailed charge for each information by transmitting 1st set information related to the setting of a menu to a service providing center through a 2nd information transmitting network. CONSTITUTION: The service providing center 1 edits information collected from plural information presenters and distributes the collected information to a user device 5 through a 1st down information transmitting network 2. At the time of distribution, a table distinguishing individual information to be distributed in each category is also sent. A user selectively stores required information in the device 5 based on the sent table and the stored information is transmitted to the center 1 through the 2nd up information transmitting network 3 set up between the center 1 and the device 5. Then a communication link is formed through a 2nd network 3 and a 3rd down information transmitting network 4 set up between the center 1 and the device 5.
