PURPOSE: To cope with the requests of many clients and to extend the number of client in proportion to the number of accelerator part. CONSTITUTION: Both of a server part 110 and accelerator parts 120 and 130 have processors 113, 122 and 132, and have each independent bus. A bus connection is performed for the server part 110 and the plural accelerator parts 120 and 130. The server part 110 has an interface 115 directly receiving the request from the client. The accelerator parts 120 and 130 have interfaces 124 and 134 of the data transfers to the clients. A connection part performs the exchange of bus data for each bus by a DMA and minimizes the load of each processor. The connection part is not a mechanism notifying the control of the DMA by the termination of an interruption processing, etc., utilizes the property that a transfer is stationally performed such as moving image data and has a timer for performing a data transfer for fixed time. The processor of each bus performs a time setting and the setting is processed as the part of stationary processings.
