PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier provided with linearity in a wide range, low input impedance and a low noise level. SOLUTION: A 1st transistor(TR) 26 has a collector connected to a 1st output 23, a base connected to a bias input and an emitter. A 1st resistor 27 is connected between the emitter of the 1st TR 26 and an input 22. A 2nd TR 29 has a collector and a base connected in common and an emitter for receiving power supply voltage. A 2nd resistor 28 is connected between the input 22 and the collector of the 2nd TR 29. A 3rd TR 32 has a collector connected to a 2nd output 33, a base connected to the collector of the 2nd TR 29 and an emitter for receiving power supply voltage. An input signal to the input 22 generates a differential current between the 1st and 2nd outputs 23, 33. The input signal and the differential current have linear relation.
