摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photography optical system for substantially eliminating the noncontact interference fringe of a photographic film, ensuring low cost and a high economic effect. SOLUTION: This system has (a) a polarized electromagnetic radiation light source with the radiation thereof characteristic in respect of wavelength and an incident polarized light angle, and (b) a photographic film 200 optically combined with the light source and formed to transmit or reflect a part of a radiation A, and have a silver halide emulsion layer 201 on a multi-refraction supporting body 202 having a multi-refraction factor characteristic in respect of dependence on thickness, an emulsion layer boundary 204, an air boundary layer 205 and the wavelength of the radiation A. In this case, the radiation wavelength, the incident polarized light angle, the thickness of the supporting body 202 and the multi-refraction factor are selected so that a radiation B reflected from the air boundary 205 through the film 200 is polarized at such an angle as substantially orthogonal with the incident polarized light angle and emitted from the supporting body 202 via an emulsion layer boundary 204.
