PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition useful for coating a film having excellent designing property and antislipping property, etc., by dry-blending a powdery coating material with a specific ratio of a body pigment and/or fibrous composition. CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by dry-blending (A) 100 pts.wt. of a powdery coating compound, (B) a body pigment (preferably barium sulfate, silica or alumina, etc., preferably having the properties such as 1.5-3.0g/cc true specific gravity, 15-25 oil absorption and 8000-12000cm<2> /g specific surface area) and/or (C) 1-70 pts.wt., preferably 15-50 pts.wt. of fibrous composition (preferablyβ-type wollastonite or asbestos, etc., having 2.5-4.0g/cc true specific gravity, 25-200 oil absorption and 25000-40000cm<2> /g specific surface area). In the case of combination use of the components B C, 10-30 pts.wt., preferably 10-20 pts.wt. of the component C is used based on 100 pts.wt. of the component B.
