PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the complexity of a face detector regarding reading, amount of data, and reconstruction and to reduce the complexity to a realizable extent and at the same time keep important advantages by providing an X-ray radia tion device for radiating a flux of X-ray beams, a detector, and an adjustable diaphragm, and a multiplexer. SOLUTION: A flux of X-ray beams in a fan shape radiated from a focus passes a target to be inspected and hits against a detector 4. The detector 4 consists of a number of parallel detector lines 4a-4p and each of the detector lines is formed by a row of detector elements. A diaphragm 10 for adjusting in Z direction is provided at the detector 4. The number of detector lines 4a-4p being exposed to X rays is selected by the diaphragm 10. A multiplexer 9 is connected to a detector line where a predetermined number of output channels 11-14 are detected. When the number of detector lines is larger than that of the output channels 11-14, the multiplexer 9 unifies the output signals of mutually adjacent detector lines into a group. |
