PURPOSE: To provide an image forming medium which is superior in view of the control of fogging, storage stability, and the control of discoloration by light and an image-forming method with the use of the method. CONSTITUTION: An image-forming medium in which a recording layer on a support contains at least an organic silver salt, a reducing agent, and a dihalogenated malononitrile complex. An image-forming medium in which the recording layer additionally contains photosensitive silver halide or a photosensitive silver halide-forming agent. An image-forming method in which the image- forming medium is subjected to image-shape heating of image exposure and heating for forming an image. |
