<p>PURPOSE: To warrant the quality for an external impact while transporting and keeping an equipment by increasing breaking strength of a tall boss outsert molded to a mechanism chassis such as a VTR, etc. CONSTITUTION: This structure is constituted of the mechanism chassis 1 on which plural tall bosses 2 are outsert molded, and a weight substance such as a rotary cylinder 7, etc., is loaded, a substrate 6 attached to the tall bosses and a reinforcing metallic member 8, and the tall bosses are reinforced by inserting and fixing the reinforcing metallic member into the hollow hole 3 of the tall boss. The drawing cavity preventing hole 3 of the tall boss is used as the hollow hole. Further, a general vis 8 is used as the reinforcing metallic member. The outsert boss may be reinforced by insert molding the reinforcing metallic member into the tall boss also.</p> |
