<p>PURPOSE: To provide a highly accurate and highly reliable detecting device of fire fly which detects the occurrence of a fire fly phenomenon reliably in an early stage and makes it possible to cope with it properly and quickly. CONSTITUTION: A lead-out circuit 3 of a transmission line circuit, a transformer circuit or the like is connected to a bus having two main bus lines 1 and 2. The lead-out circuit 3 is equipped with a breaker 11 and a disconnector 12, and the lead-out circuit 3 and the main bus lines 1 and 2 are connected by disconnectors 13 and 14 on the bus side respectively. The bus part of a conduit line between the breaker 11 of the lead-out circuit 3 and the disconnectors 13 and 14 on the bus side is made a bus part 21 to be monitored. A partial discharge detecting sensor 30 is provided at the bus part 21 to be monitored and the presence or absence of a fire fly phenomenon is monitored by this partial discharge detecting sensor 30. As for the partial discharge detecting sensor 30, a sensor which can detect a partial discharge of a capacitance being smaller than 3000pF is used.</p> |
