摘要

PURPOSE: To largely increase the treating amount of the mixture of particulate resin and powdered inorganic filler by forming a non-threaded part on a screw. CONSTITUTION: A kneading extruder has a predetermined length of a non- threaded part 8 having the same diameter as the trough diameter of a screw 3 along an axial direction at the downstream of a kneading part 3b to feed gas together with kneading material to a deaerator, thereby increasing the treating capacity.
