摘要 PURPOSE: To permit highly accurate heat load estimation including the transferring period of seasons, in which the trend of heat load is changed largely, by a method wherein a heat load model is produced considering daily change or seasonal change of outdoor temperature, amount of sunshine or the like and taking the estimation of fluctuation of number of personel, actual data in the past and the like into consideration. CONSTITUTION: The fluctuation pattern of number of personel in a building, obtained by the estimating means 1 of the fluctuation in the number of personel in the building, an indoor temperature, an outdoor temperature, the amount of sunshine and the like are inputted into a time unit heat load generating model producing means 4 to operate the heat load of the whole of building at every times in the means 4 and produce a time unit heat load generating model. Next, the heat load at every respective times is accumulated by a fluctuation of number of personel heat load estimating means 2 to obtain a daily heat load and the daily heat load is corrected by the actual data of daily heat load in the past to obtain a daily heat load estimated value. A proportional pattern is operated in a proportional pattern estimating means 5 from the daily heat load estimated value, then, a time unit heat load estimated value is obtained in a time unit heat load estimating means 3 from the daily heat load estimated value in accordance with the operated proportional pattern.
