PURPOSE: To correct the difference of transmission quality between the incoming and outgoing radio circuits by shifting a mobile station device to a waiting state after confirming that both outgoing and incoming receiving field intensity of a base station exceed the outgoing and incoming waiting deterioration levels respectively. CONSTITUTION: A discrimination means 12 demodulates the telephone waves received from the radio channel of a radio zone at its own station position via a radio interface means 11 and then extracts the transmission information to discriminate its normality. An outgoing field measurement means 13 measures the receiving field intensity, and an inquiry means 14 compares the measured field intensity with its threshold. Then the means 14 sends a waiting grant request to a base station via the means 11 after confirming the normality of the transmission information as well as a fast that the measured value is larger than its threshold. A waiting control means 15 receives the grant notification of the request via the means 11 and recognizes it to start a waiting state in the radio zone. Therefore, it is possible to notify the base station of the transmission quality confirmation timing of an incoming radio channel and also to confirm the transmission quality of outgoing and incoming channels prior to the start of the waiting state of a connection control means 16. Then the communication service of high quality is secured. |
