PURPOSE: To eliminate the destruction of a mounting balance of the entire mounting line by a method wherein after the passage of a preset period of time, the information on each mounting machine is added to an amount of work of each mounting machine and thereby a mounting capacity ratio is corrected and then an amount of work of each mounting machine is corrected based on the corrected mounting capacity ratio. CONSTITUTION: The evaluation data which shows a substantial mounting capacity ratio of mounting machines 2A, 2B is obtained from a capacity evaluating section 11 based on the performance data of performance data storing sections 9A, 9B. In a main arithmetic section 13, calibrated evaluation data is obtained from the evaluation data and reference evaluation data stored in a storing section 12. On a basis of the calibrated evaluation data with the corrected information on each mounting machine 2A, 2B, the mounting data on each mounting machine 2A, 2B are so corrected that a balance of an amount of work of the mounting machines 2A, 2B may be optimum in view of a mounting efficiency of a mounting line. By this method, a mounting efficiency can be increased more effectively. |
