PURPOSE: To change a specific image set as a target for the prohibition of a normal image reproducing operation. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an input means(image reading means) which inputs image data, a reloadable storage means (storage means C) which stores reference data relating to the specific image, and a judging means(comparison means D) which judges the identity of the specific image and an image represented by the image data inputted by the input means by using the reference data stored in the storage means. The identity of the image represented by inputted image data and the specific image is judged by the judging means, and the normal image reproducing operation is prohibited by a control means E based on a judged result. |
