PURPOSE: To simplify the connection structure of core vent holes and a drain discharge port to facilitate assembling work by providing cylindrical parts communicating with steam discharge core vent holes to the rear surface of a mold main body in a protruding state and covering the groove parts of the top parts thereof with a lid member to use them as the steam discharge grooves communicating with the drain discharge port. CONSTITUTION: After foam molding is performed by utilizing the steam introduced from a steam supply port 14, the steam utilized in heating is discharged to the outside of a mold from steam discharge core vent holes 6. Cylindrical parts 8 having recessed groove parts 7 formed to the top parts thereof are provided to the core vent holes 6 in a protruding state and the groove parts 7 are covered with a lid member 10. Therefore, the steam discharged from the core vent holes 6 is guided to the steam discharge grooves 12 through the cylindrical parts 8. Subsequently, this steam is collectively guided to a communication route 13 vertical at both side parts thereof and further gathered to a lower drain discharge port 11 to be certainly discharged to the outside of the mold. |
