PURPOSE: To provide a highly reliable organic electrolytic secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: In a battery having a negative electrode consisting of a carbon material capable of storing and releasing lithium, a positive electrode, and an organic electrolyte consisting of a solvent and a solute, a mixture of a cyclic carbonate and an acyclic sulfone is used for the solvent. Thus, the reduction in discharge capacity accompanying the progress of charge and discharge cycle which is a problem of batteries of this kind can be effectively suppressed. |
