摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To cancel the voltage fluctuation and to decrease the flickers by enclosing pixel electrodes with gate lines and data lines intersecting orthogonally each other and superposing these wirings on the pixel electrodes to form capacitors. CONSTITUTION: The surface of the substrate is provided with the gate lines 402 and the data lines 408 intersecting orthogonally each other and the surfaces of the insulating films formed thereon are provided with the plural pixel electrodes 412. The pixel electrodes 412 are segmented by the gate lines 402 and the data lines 408 and these wirings 402, 408 are superposed on the pixel electrodes 412. The auxiliary capacitors C1 , C2 are formed by the overlap of the gate lines 402 and the pixel electrodes 412. The spacings between the gate lines 402 are narrowed in such a manner that the capacitances generated by the overlap of the data lines 408 and the pixel electrodes 412 is made smaller than these auxiliary capacitors C1 , C2 to reduce the leakage of the signals of the data lines 408 to the pixels. As the result, the voltage fluctuations generated by the parasitic capacitances of the gate electrodes and pixel electrodes of the TFTs are positively decreased.</p>
