A machine for pointing the end of a fastener includes a rotating dial 32 for supporting an array of blank fasteners above a pair of dies and feeding them sequentially between the dies for pointing. The dial has notches 44 on its periphery to hold the blanks. The latter are held in coaxial alignment with the pinch point of the dies by a biased centring lever 46 having a notch 64 which forms a pocket. <IMAGE> |
