PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a variety of needs by improving the function of a conductive layer for an imaging element. SOLUTION: This element includes a carrier, an image forming layer and a conductive layer. This conductive layer contains a dispersing element with the electron conductive grains of antimony doped tin oxide dispersed in a film forming binder. The volume of the antimony dopant exceeds 8atm%, and the X-ray microcrystal size is less than 100Å. In addition, the mean equivalent circle diameter is less than 15nm, but not below the X-ray microcrystal size. |
