PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining punched which are larger by one punch from one dry blood spot by one piece and for giving the minimum surface area required for a test in one piece. SOLUTION: A state for forming a first punch 2 and continuously at least a second punch 3 at a dry blood spot 1 is included. The second punch includes a boundary line 33 outside a boundary line 22 of the first punch at least partially. The surface area of the first punch and that of the second punch are in one piece and are equal to the minimum surface area required for testing the dry blood spot.
