PURPOSE: To simply install an ink jet device in a vapor deposition device by fixing a plurality of actuators to a jig so as to make one unit and carrying out vapor deposition in that state. CONSTITUTION: A vapor deposition jig consists of a jig 50a for holding a plurality of piezoelectric ceramic plates 102 at a predetermined angle in a first direction and a jig 52a for holding the jig 50a at a predetermined angle in a second direction. The piezoelectric ceramic plates 102 are arranged on the jig 50a with their end faces 102d downward and with end faces 102a at a part lower than end faces 102b. Thereafter, the jig 50a is arranged on the jig 52a at an angleαwith respect to a face vertical to a vertical line of a vapor deposition source. Vapor deposition is performed for the piezoelectric ceramic plates 102 from the direction of an arrow 130a. On the inner face of the jig 50a, holding sections 51a and 53a which give an angleβto each piezoelectric ceramic plate 102 are provided. The jig 50a is rotated for 190 deg. so as to carry out vapor deposition. Thus, directions of vapor deposition of the piezoelectric ceramic plates 102 can be changed at a time.
