PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the shaking of an optical pickup and improve the recording/ reproduction precision of a both-sided disk player by moving up and down a both-sided disk about the optical pickup. SOLUTION: A turntable 300 where the disk D is fixed by a clamper device is swung by a support piece of a conveying device 700 and moved to a position where it does not interfere with the optical pickup, and then moved up and down along a guide member 770 which has a slanting surface, etc. Then a corresponding objective 13 or 13' of the optical pickup faces the top or reverse surface of the optical disk. The disk is moved up and down about the optical pickup and then the shaking of the optical pickup is suppressed to improve the recording/reproduction precision of the both-sided disk player. |
